1) By AXS Payment

You can make your premium payment via AXS Station (kiosk), mobile application and AXS website. For your Life Insurance Regular Premium payment, please select:

  1. Pay Bills -> Insurance -> China Life Insurance (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
  2. For New Business Application, please select New Business
  3. For renewal of premium, please select Renewal/Loan Payment
  4. Enter your Policy No or Identification No/Passport No, Premium Amount and Contact No. as per the screen
  5. Follow the steps on the screen to make payment accordingly.
  6. Please note that it takes 2 working days to update Successful Payment
Important Note:
  1. If your payment is to be made for more than 1 policy, you can select ‘add more bills’ in the AXS screen.
  2. Please note that if a third-party payor of acceptable relationship is making payment on behalf of the policyowner, the policyowner is required to submit a Third-Party Payment Instruction Form before payment can be accepted by China Life.
2) By GIRO Payment
  1. DBS/POSB iBanking
    1. This is only applicable for DBS/POSB bank account holder.
    2. The application will be verified by the Bank instantly
    3. Policyholder will receive a notification letter from China Life on the GIRO arrangement within 5 working days.
      1. Login to your DBS iBanking
      2. Select add a new GIRO arrangement
      3. Select China Life INS (S)PL as the billing organisation
      4. Input your Policy Number as the billing reference.
        (Please take note: one policy number per application. For example: If you have two policies, you will have to apply two times.)

  2. Hardcopy application
    1. You may set up a GIRO arrangement by completing the GIRO application form.
    2. Please mail to us using our business envelope.
    3. Please click here to download the GIRO application form and click here to download the business reply envelope.
    4. Please ensure your signature matches your bank account records to avoid any delays or application rejection. The application process will take 6-8 weeks.
Important Note:

GIRO cannot be used for the following payment:

  1. Automatic Premium Loan repayment;
  2. Payment for policy reinstatement;
  3. Policy loan repayment.
3) By Credit Card Payment
  1. You can pay your INITIAL premium via credit card if you are applying for regular premium policy denominated in SGD or USD only.
  2. We do not accept credit card payments for subsequent renewal premiums or for single premium plans
  3. The credit card authorisation form is to be completed by both the Proposer and cardholder if the Proposer is not the cardholder.
  1. SGD denominated policies
    1. Only credit card issued in Singapore is allowed
  2. USD denominated policies
    1. You can use either credit card issued in Singapore or outside Singapore.
    2. Please note that the extra charges will be borne by the client for foreign credit card deduction.

  2. All bank charges, if any, are to be borne by the payer.
  3. It is necessary to make excess of the premium amount to cover the bank charges.
  4. Please submit the copy of the paying-in slip, fund transfer form or telegraphic transfer form that has been validated by the bank to our Customer Care email address at CustomerCare@chinalife.com.sg
  5. Our Financial Specialist Consultants are not allowed to collect premiums for your China Life policies in cash or via bank account transfers. Please also do not transfer money from your bank account, for your premium payment, to our Financial Specialist Consultants’ personal bank accounts.
5) By Cashier Order
  1. This is applicable for SGD and USD denominated policies.
  2. Please make your cashier order payable to China Life Insurance (Singapore) Pte Ltd
  3. Please write the following information on the back of your cashier order:
    1. Policy Number
    2. Name and Contact Number
    3. Description of your payment (eg New Business Premium, Renewal Premium, APL or APL interest etc)
  4. Please attach the cashier order receipt together with the cashier order and submit to us
  5. If you are sending Interbank GIRO form or Cashier Order directly to us, our office address is:
