Dear Valued Customers,

In view of the latest government measures, kindly take note that mandatory TraceTogether-only SafeEntry (TT-only SE) check-ins will be implemented with effect from 17 May 2021 (date inclusive) to bolster contact tracing in via the TT app or token. In the meanwhile, the following precautionary measures continue to be in place to minimize the risk of spread of COVID-19 to protect our staffs and customers.

1. Customers can only use the TraceTogether Token or App to do SafeEntry check-in;

2. Temperature screening for customers entering our offices. Customers who are unwell or register a temperature of 38°C and above will be declined entry;

3. Limited entry and implementing social distancing measures to ensure that there is at least one-meter spacing between customers;

4. All customer service centre staffs stationed on the 27th floor are required to wear face masks and gloves;

5. Our company is sanitized once daily and providing hand sanitizers for customers’ usage.
