On August 10th, the "Shining Stars in Dynamic Lion City - 5th Singapore International Solo & Ensemble Competition", sponsored by China Life Insurance (Singapore) Ltd. ("China Life Singapore"), came to a successful conclusion.

The "Singapore International Solo & Ensemble Competition", organized by the Hitmaker Global Academy in Singapore, has been held five times since its inaugural event in 2019. Over the years, it has garnered support from participants hailing from countries such as China, Australia, the United States, Singapore etc. The competition has received praise from experts and professors in the global music community, as well as recognition from music and arts universities. It has also been endorsed by the Central Conservatory of Music in China, being designated as a "recommended competition."

This edition of the competition invited esteemed professors from institutions like the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music in Singapore and the Shanghai Conservatory of Music as judges. With over 500 participants from around the world, it was one of Singapore's must-attend international music events in 2023. Throughout the finals, the organizers arranged masterclasses and cultural lectures, allowing students and parents to engage closely with the masters. The China Life insurance agent team also provided enriching and enjoyable insights into Singaporean culture for students, parents, and other attendees, receiving unanimous appreciation.
