As we resume our transition towards living with COVID-19, we need to do so in a careful and controlled manner. China Life Insurance Singapore seeks your cooperation to exercise social responsibility, and to cooperate with the Safe Management Measures (SMMs) which have been put in place to minimise the risk of spread of COVID-19, and to protect you and our staff.

1. Use TraceTogether-only SafeEntry to record the entry of all visitors entering the premise. This is to help MOH in establishing potential transmission chains;

2. Implement social distancing of at least 1m apart;

3. Our Customer Care Centre will be opened to service customers by appointment only, please make appointment two working days in advance.

We will continue to implement the prevailing SMMs according to the advisories from the Multi-Ministry Taskforce in order to allow us to progressively resume our social and economic activities.
