To help relieve the concerns caused by COVID-19 epidemic, China Life Singapore is committed to take care of customers by offering Complimentary COVID-19 Vaccine Protection from 23 March 2021. In view of the situation of COVID-19 pandemic development, we announced to extend this promotion until 30 June 2022 to give our customers greater peace of mind, working with you to protect your health.

Since its establishment in 2015, China Life Singapore has continuously reform and innovate, continuous self-improvement, and providing excellent service to our customers. In recent years, we have emphasized the importance of technology as the basis and injected new impetus into its development in the process of exploring and transforming our new business model. To achieve the goal of excellent customer service experience, we are committed to create greater value for customers by continuing to promote digitalization, provide featured products and sales channels, and expanding our branding.

China Life Singapore officially launched OneLife core system, peripheral systems and put into production on 28 February 2022. The launch of OneLife system marks the Company's digitalization and core system support have reached a new level. The new system supports various insurance products and business functions, enhances the overall efficiency of new business and policy servicing, and provides customers with a better service experience.

On occasion of the "6·16" China Life Client’s Day in 2022, we will kick off China Life Singapore Second Kids Art Competition. Through the children's imaginative and creative paintings, the competition outlines the bright future of Singapore. Since the Company started to build up its agency channel in September 2020, our agency team has continued to grow and continuously improved in service quality. We plan to achieve growth in the number of individual agents in 2022 targeting to recruit up to100 agents.
